§ 15-2. Definitions

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Park or parkway means and includes the grounds, buildings thereon, water therein, and any other property which is now or may hereafter be under the control or jurisdiction of the village park board.

Park board means the village park board.
